+1. No real symptoms. That could be a negative, worrying thing, but I'm choosing to think about it positively. I didn't really have many symptoms the last time I was pregnant for 13 weeks. Yes, a little nipple tenderness that comes and goes. But nausea? nope. My measures for hope on this? My sister never had a whiff of morning sickness with either of her pregnancies and neither did my mother with me or my sister. It runs in the family, right?
+2. 13 days = number of days left til next ultrasound (ok, I promise I won't post the countdown every day! :-) )
+3. 3 miles = length of the pup's first run! Jessie did great today. She didn't stop to sniff things nearly as much as when I walk her. I think she totally got the idea of a 'run.' She did slow me down a little, which is a good thing, given that I've pledged to Mr.Right to ease back a little on the running.

No symptoms could be a wonderful thing, once you get over the mind games. I think it's wonderful that you know your mother and sisters pregnancies were much the same...
ReplyDeleteGlad the mister has you easing up on the runs...I bet the pup is too!
You can do the count down every day, I love it!!
Hoping you make it through this whole pregnancy with minimal symptoms! And how fun to run with the pup! And very good idea to take those runs easy, how wonderful!
ReplyDeleteI had no morning sickness either... I'm hoping so hard for this to be your baby!!!
ReplyDeleteI only had symptoms with non viable pregnancies and none with this one until about 13 weeks (darn that cruise ship!). And it worried me every single day. ha! Count down the days everyday if you want. We all understand.
ReplyDeleteThanks for posting about your lack of symptoms...sometimes I worry that I don't feel pregnant enough, so it helps to hear that others are practically symptom free. Maybe we've built up an immunity to progesterone at this point.
ReplyDeleteHell, count it down! I didn't have a lot of symptoms. I think I read that as the placenta takes over more and more functions, the symptoms tend to go away.
ReplyDeleteI really do think that morning sickness is the type of thing that runs in families. Okay, maybe not always...but much, much of the time. And I'm going to look at it as a good sign.
ReplyDeleteI hate the waiting for scans and inbetween checkups. One day, they're going to invent something that can be kept at home (earlier than a doppler) and women will get to plug in whenever they want.
Well done, puppy!
I know how we IF girls are always seaching for symptoms to signal change, any change, but I'm glad that things are going smoothly for you and that you are not feeling any sickness. That's my most feared PG symptom...I hate feeling sick to my stomach. Glad the run went well with the puppy!
