...and a better week

I'm bound and determined to make this a better week. I'm organizing my week - workouts, meals, consulting work, house projects. And I'm committing myself to tracking all of my food this week (I'm a long-time MyPlate user....it helps me keep track of my calories and maintain/lose weight) and to getting down another few pounds before the stims start. I'd love to be back to 145 lbs going into this cycle (of course, 135 lbs is my long-time goal, but it keeps getting shoved off). Might be able to do that over the next week or two if I work really hard at monitoring what I eat, don't drink alcohol and get 9 and 10 milers in this week and next.

Not sure yet how this estrogen patch is affecting me - if it is. Ganirelix last night didn't seem to do much, although I was just dead tired at 8:30 p.m. last night. Probably because I woke up at 5:30 and we went all day long.

My nephew's 1st birthday party is this Saturday and my parents are coming Friday for the weekend so a lot to look forward to this week! And it will be Jessie's (puppy) first visit with her cousin Strider (my sister's family's black lab)! I can't wait to see how they get along!!

Off to take a shower and put on a new Vivelle patch. Another Ganirelix shot tonight. No sign of AF yet. Only other event this week is a joint (Mr.Right and me) session with our counselor this week. (And, well, maybe CD1 sometime later this week.....we'll see.)
