Bragging on my sister

Ok, just a brief post to brag on my sister a bit: antral follicle count as of this morning for her: 11 on one side and 7 on the other. Woo hoo! We'll have to wait til this afternoon to get her FSH levels and such, but the doc doing the ultrasound sound said she'd 'make a great donor.'

I'm so thankful to her. Even though her work was shut down today (for the weather), she drove in to the clinic near her office in the crappy road conditions. On top of that, she had to leave my older nephew who has been throwing up every ~ 2-3 hours since 11 p.m. last night. Luckily, my BIL's office was closed today too so he was able to stay home with the kids.

I made it out of our driveway to the clinic nearest me for a beta and progesterone level check. We'll see this afternoon what those numbers bring.

And my sister and I did discuss just continuing forward. Freezing her eggs if we get that far and I'm not ready (because I'm still pregnant or because I've had to have a D&C and am delayed a month or so). I'm really grateful to her for thinking so practically about it all.
